Rest assured, we have no hidden costs or fees as our only compulsory costs are the Application & Tuition Fees. Any additional fees will be dependent on your choice to enroll your child in specific enrichment activities.
We also offer various discounts such as our 2.5% prepayment discount if paying for the entire school term in one full payment. Plus we have sibling discounts and school year prepayment discounts. School year tuition is a program fee that covers all school days in the school year and the prepayment discount only applies if tuition is paid in one full payment at the time of registration.
Early registration is strongly encouraged as the availability of intake spaces is limited and also subject to admission requirements.

As some months may have more school days and some fewer, we’ve simplified our tuition payment system to make it more affordable for parents. Therefore for regular months the full month’s payment (TT $1000) is to be paid, and for months with two or less weeks of school a partial payment of $600 is due. We’ve offered this partial payment to make it affordable & convenient for parents. If paying on a monthly basis, tuition is due at the beginning of the month.
The cost per term varies depending on the length of the term. A prepayment discount is offered to parents wishing to pay the full terms payment in one full payment. If paying on a term by term basis, tuition is due at the beginning of each term. For the upcoming academic year (2023/2024), Term 1 is tentatively the longest term for the school year (T.B.A by Ministry of Education).

We understand that as parents or guardians, your time is valuable, and we are here to lend a helping hand. To accommodate your busy schedules, our school offers a 20-minute grace period at the start and end of each day. Additionally, we provide an Early Bird Drop-off and Extended Pick-up service, available for a minimal fee of $20 per hour or part thereof, ensuring your child receives the extra care when needed. These convenient services can be requested in advance or on an as needed basis (e.g. emergencies), allowing you peace of mind and flexibility in managing your daily routines. These fees are paid at the end of each week.

After submitting the application you can request a meeting with our Director. This meeting can be done in person or virtually.

As an alternative you may also download the application form as a PDF, print and submit via email.
The application form must be submitted before requesting a meeting. Individualized meetings & tours are available by appointment. We try to schedule tours so that each family has its own uninterrupted time to get answers to any questions.
