Our internal policies are confidential and are shared with parents and guardians upon registration with the school. These policies outline our procedures, guidelines, and expectations to ensure a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for all children. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Tuition Cancellation & Refund Policy:
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your child’s registration. Full refunds are issued once the cancellation request is submitted in writing via email or through our Cancellation form at least 10 business days prior to the term starting date. Once submitted within this period refunds are issued within 1-5 days of the cancellation, via the bank & there is a $25 processing fee.
Vacation Camp Cancellation & Refund Policy:
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your child’s registration. Full refunds are issued once the cancellation request is submitted in writing via email or through our Cancellation form at least 3 days prior to the camp’s starting date. Once submitted within this period refunds are issued within 1-5 days of the cancellation, via the bank & there is a $25 processing fee.
